Well, I originally bought these for my toddler who is obsessed with Gummies. He's only 3 years old. He can't really chew through them, and hasn't really given them much of a chance. He puts them in his mouth and spits them out. But they were not wasted. I used them as an adult and just took a little more than the child dose. I love the flavor, they taste great! Good vitamins. I plan to use them until the box is finished. And I will buy them again when my son is ready for them.
