This policy describes how Black Pearl Agency Limited processes the personal data of visitors of our websites and the web based platform and the users of our services. When we use the term personal data we mean any data that relates to an identified or identifiable natural person
Personal data that we use and why we do that
By visiting our website and/or using our services we receive personal data from you. We also process personal data because you have actively and voluntarily given it to us.
Visiting our Website
Sanpharma uses functional, analytic and tracking cookies.
The functional cookies will ensure that our website works appropriately and is optimised. It will, for example, make sure that your preferences are remembered.
Our analytic cookies register who uses our website and how it is used. This helps us to further improve our products and services.

Using our Services and our platform
When you sign up for our services we need some information to create an account for you, to register you as a user and comply with your and our obligations under the contract. We also need certain information to communicate with you about the services.
We also need to use some of your personal data to comply with our legal obligations, such as complying with our obligation to keep our records for a certain period.
Our platform is web based, when you use our platform we enable specific cookies and/or tracker to optimize your user experience and to gather data to improve our services and platform.
Our Platform allows you to interact with other users through a message system. These messages are securely stored on Sanpharma’s servers and Sanpharma has the possibility to view the content of these messages for the purpose of (i) improving the functionalities of our Platform and the interaction between its users, (ii) supporting the users in the use of the Platform and (iii) monitoring compliance with the terms of service.
Information you provide to us
In our conversations with you over the phone, email or chat you may share specific personal data relating to you. This can be your name, contact information, banking information or anything else that you give us. When you actively give us this information we process for the purpose of the service agreement and on the basis of your consent.
When we want to send to you our newsletter or promotional emails or text messages we need your email address or contact number so we know where to find you. You will only receive our newsletters or texts if you have given your consent. You can always easily withdraw your consent by unsubscribing to these promotional notifications.
You may choose to provide information about your existing customers, leads or partners to refer to Sanpharma. The contact information you provide to us will only be used for these referral activities. Their contact information will not be sold to third parties. Your referred customers have the option to opt out of emails and notifications from us
Special categories and/or sensitive personal data
We do not intend to process any special categories of personal data or any sensitive personal data.
The sharing of personal data with third parties
Sanpharma does not sell your personal data to third parties.
We will only share it with third parties if this is necessary for us to perform specific obligations under our agreement with you, if we have a legal obligation or if you have given us your explicit consent. We will enter into a data processing agreement with each company that processes your personal data on our behalf to ensure that this company adheres to at least the same level of security and confidentiality.
Sanpharma may share specific data of its users relating to such user’s identity and its activities on the platform with other users on the platform.
We may collect information about you through a referral program, such as when a Sanpharma Retailer or Brand refers one of their existing customers, leads, or partners to Sanpharma. If you have been referred to Sanpharma brand but wish to opt out of emails or notifications from us, please contact us as explained below.
Your rights in relation to your personal data
Since your personal data belongs to you, you also have rights in relation to your personal data:
· Right to access, rectify and transfer. This means that we can give you an overview of all personal data that we are processing in relation to you and make any changes if it is not correct.
· Right to object to further processing. This means that we will stop the processing of your personal data if we are processing your data on the basis of legitimate interest or your consent.
· Right to erasure and restriction of processing. This means that we can delete any personal data of you if we no longer have a good reason to process it. You can also ask us to (temporarily) stop any use of your personal data if the use is unlawful or if there is a disagreement on the correctness of your personal data.
Please let us know of your wish to invoke your rights. It is for us the easiest to follow up on your request if you send us an email to the address as described at the bottom of this policy. We may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
How we protect your personal data
We treat your Personal Data as private and confidential, and we strive to ensure that Personal Data under our control, regardless of format, is protected and kept secure at all times. Please be aware, however, that no method of transmitting information over the Internet or of storing information is 100% secure. Accordingly, we cannot absolutely guarantee the protection of any information shared with us.
Storing of data
Black Pearl Agency Ltd is a UK registered business and we intend and prefer to store all your personal data within relevant regulatory requirements. However, based on the subcontractors we use your data may be stored elsewhere. In that case we will make sure that this subcontractor uses an adequate level of protection of this data that is at least as good as the level we are required to have in compliance with UK laws and regulatory requirements.
Retention of data
We keep your Personal Data for as long as we have a valid and lawful reason to use it. After that we will destroy it or anonymize it so the data is no longer traceable back to you.
